COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

Admission will be done through centralized counselling to be conducted by DTE, CG, Raipur, For details counselling Schedule, Rules & Regulations. Please visit the official website of DTE, Raipur i.e. www.cgdteraipur.cgstate.gov.in.

Documents required to be submitted at the time of admission

Documents and fees required for taking admission after allotment by Director, Technical Education, CG, Raipur for B. Pharmacy/ D. pharmacy candidate (Admitted under CG Quota/OCG Quota)

1. Allotment Letter
2. Entrance Exam Score Card – 2024
3. 6-Recent Passport Size Photo (in the given slots)
4. Photocopy of 10th Marksheet –
5. Photocopy of 12th Marksheet
6. Transfer Certificate (Original)
7. Character Certificate (Original)
8. Photocopy of Domicile
9. Cast Certificate _{(if required)}
10. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
11. Photocopy of Migration Certificate (for Candidates other than CG Board)
12. Photocopy of Gap Certificate (Original) _{(if required)}
13. Income Certificate_{(if required)}
14. Admission Form
15. Graduation certificate _{(if required)}
16. Other documents _{(if any, mention below)}

(Original copy of Migration and Gap certificate is required at the time of enrollment form submission)

Note: – Original copy of 10 ^th, 12 ^th , Domicile, Cast Certificate is required to be produced during admission in the institutions. (All documents should be self-attested by students and verified by respective Faculty members)

 Note: – Three sets of all the self-attested documents must be submitted at the time of admission.
